Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Chappaqua Premium Appliance Service LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide appliance repair and HVAC services for residential properties. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various household appliances and heating/cooling systems.
Service Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We will provide an estimated arrival window for service calls
- Please ensure someone over 18 is present during the service visit
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Pricing and Payment
- Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed when scheduling
- Repair estimates are provided before work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified
Warranties
- Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and are disclosed at time of service
- Labor warranties are provided as specified on your service invoice
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chappaqua Premium Appliance Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Independent Service Provider
We are an independent appliance repair service and are not an authorized service provider for any manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. References to OEM parts mean parts that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
